Terms of support

Scope and confirmation

All PRESTA support runs against a written scope confirming what is included, the rate, timing and safety requirements. Work does not begin before that confirmation.

Availability

PRESTA support is subject to service area, partner availability, vehicle availability, site condition, safety and written scope confirmation.

Labour

PRESTA does not provide unverified casual labour. Approved manpower support is subject to verification, scope, safety and compliance.

Spares

model number, serial number, rating, photo or sample may be required before quotation.

Security

security and anti-theft systems require site survey, product suitability confirmation, safety checks and professional installation. PRESTA does not guarantee robbery prevention, police response or alarm outcome.

Contractor

registration or enquiry does not guarantee work allocation or service availability.

Delivery

delivery is subject to route schedule, vehicle availability, loading and unloading feasibility, payment status, weather and site access.

Charges and responsibility: labour execution, service charges, warranty, payment terms and responsibility are confirmed before work approval. PRESTA may earn a coordination, referral or commission fee from approved contractors or service partners.

Compliance: work requiring a licence, certification or qualified personnel is carried out by qualified personnel or it is not taken on.
